For over 15 years ValleyStream has been providing unique vocational Audio/Video Media training and work experience to selected individuals who have been experiencing difficulty breaking into the media industry. Medium and long term courses are occasionally available lasting from 1 year to 3 years. We take pride in that our workbench is very different from any usual Uni courses and to the outsider it can be like trying to explain to a fish what it's like to live out of water, always intensely practical with a fresh wet edge often working with new concepts and facing deadlines it can be both exciting and hard work. However were very keen who we train, it's not for "bedroom boffins" more for serious individuals who can grasp the "reality of this industry" eventually gaining the necessary professional portfolio to move on from one commercial studio to another, acquiring a professional career in the media industry. It is an alternative to college or university where you start as a student and finish as a student often to discover you're over-educated with no vocational experience and can,t find a Job as Media companies don,t take you seriously.
